How we read regulation
A standardised operation in France, a sheet from the Spanish catalogue, a programme run by a Swiss canton, a Belgian region or Quebec: the text changes, the reading stays the same. We carry it out before any calculation.
We always start from the published text, in the version in force on the date the operation is committed.
From the outset, we identify the sheet and the scheme that genuinely apply to your project.
We check that your operation meets every requirement of the text before committing to any file.
We make sure the chosen installer holds the qualification the sheet requires.
We prepare the supporting documents processing will ask for, in France as in Spain.
Every file is built to be approved first time, not corrected after the fact.
From France and Spain, we analyse each of these schemes. On each market, we identify the authority that processes the file before anything is costed.

As an independent consultancy, IHD is tied to no obligated party and no delegated party: our analyses serve our clients' interests alone.
Our sizing report is neutral. It leaves the project owner free to choose their operator, and we support them through to monetisation with the delegated party or the agent.
Our approach to brokerage
Energy price and consumption are two separate levers. The first is worked on through the contract, the second through the installation — and the second can be funded by an obligation scheme.
We start from the site's measured profile, not from an annual estimate: it reveals the peaks, the baseload and the price structure that suits the site.
Every line, not only the price per kWh: contracted capacity, capacity overruns, taxes, indexation formula, consistency between the bill and the contract.
A specification built on that profile, then offers compared on identical scope, duration, indexation and termination conditions.
The load curve used for the consultation also feeds the sizing study. We check upstream what processing would flag downstream.
You receive the comparison of the offers and a reasoned recommendation, drawn up file by file.

This support deals with finding a direction and shaping a working plan. It is neither a « bilan de compétences » — the statutory French review defined by article L6313-4 of the Code du travail — nor psychological or therapeutic follow-up. Should your situation call for either, we will point you towards someone whose field it is.
Who we are
Oussama Triki founded IHD on a multidisciplinary analytical background, at the crossroads of thermal engineering, law, taxation and programming. This dual perspective, technical and regulatory, guides every one of our studies.
IHD is an independent regulatory engineering consultancy. We support manufacturers, project owners, social landlords and installers, from the analysis of the applicable text through to the monetisation of their file.
